MTD: WATCH THE BITTER PILL VIDEO + LYRICS
In case you don't know the lyrics here they are...
BITTER PILL
It seemed so easy at the start
When I left my heart
Sitting on the roof of the car
And drove off
And I rushed to leave the past behind
Forgot that heart was mine
I didn't even know at the time
I had one
I put the pedal to the floor
Heading for the western shore
Thinking only of high times
I had there
Oh I was cruel, cruel, cruel
I thought I'd fly too high to fall
But I never flew
Never left the ground at all
Greedy to get on the way
I made that old mistake
Of sneering at familiar streets
And faces
Did you marry someone good
From our neighbourhood
Or are you on the other side of the world
Still searching
Oh I was cruel, cruel, cruel
I thought I'd fly too high to fall
But I never flew
Never left the ground at all, at all
So next time, time, time
I'll dream in days or on your mind
Look me up, 'cause I
Never left those days behind, behind
I've done some things I never should have done
Now I've come down, don't tell me that I'm out of time
Turn back your love upon a pie-eyed fool
Forget the things I did
When I was cruel, cruel, cruel
I thought I'd fly too high to fall
'Cause I never flew
Never left the ground at all, at all
So next time, time, time
I'll dream in days or on your mind
Look me up, 'cause I
Never left those days behind, behind

NEW UNKNOWN KEANE SONG
Listen the complete song below
Listen just a bit but clearer
Now the possible lyrics by RWlover...
Something's crept in under our door
Silence soaking through the floor
Pinching like a stone in my shoe
Some chemical is breaking down the glue
That's been binding me to you
I feel like I just don't know you anymore
I've been wrong and I've been there too many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
We've been disconnected somehow
There's an invisible wall between us now
I've been wrong and I've been there too many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
Well I thought that love watched over this house
But you're boarding up the windows now
We're leaning on each other so hard
Tied so tight we wound up miles apart
Making simple things so hard
I feel like I just don't know you anymore
I've been wrong and I've been there so many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
We've been disconnected somehow
There's an invisible wall between us now
I've been burned and I've been there too many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
I see the landscape change before my eyes
The features I've been navigating by
Nothing looks the way it did before
I don't know where to look or what to look for
I feel like I just don't know you anymore
I've been burned and I've been down too many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
We've been disconnected somehow
There's an invisible wall between us now
I've been wrong and I've been there too many times
We walk in circles
The blind leading the blind
We've been disconnected somehow
There's an invisible wall between us now

TIM'S SONG ON NEW KYLIE ALBUM

We thought you folks might like to know that the new Kylie Minogue album is out this week, featuring a very lovely song called Everything Is Beautiful, which was co-written by our very own Tim Rice-Oxley. You can hear a 30-second clip of the song on the player above.
Isa says: I found the full song on youtube. If you wanna hear it click below and sing it along with the lyrics :) I like it!
Everything Is Beautiful - Kylie Minogue & Tim Rice-Oxley
Beautiful x2
I’m losing my way in this night
Walking away from the light
Surrender will be my escape
Breaking the walls of my mind
I’m one step ahead of truth
I hear what I want to hear
And I hear you…
CHORUS
And if I lie with you long enough
I can see the things I’m dreaming of
Let’s go through the ritual
Until everything is beautiful
Beautiful x2
Learning a taste for this high
Bending the rules of what’s right
Fooling myself feels so sweet
Reality looks black and white
Pulling the ripcord I dive
Its a cardboard kingdom
But it makes me file like
CHORUS
Beautiful x2
And now I’m traveling at such blissful speed
No need to think at this velocity
The things I fear begin to fade to black
Now I’ve found my map and I wont go back
CHORUS x2
Beautiful x2

LYRICS
Some days, feels my soul has left my body
Feel I'm floating high above me
Like I'm looking down upon me
Start sinking, everytime I get to thinking
It's easier to keep on moving
Never stop to let the truth in
Sometimes I feel like it's all been done
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one
Sometimes I wanna change everything I've ever done
Too tired to fight and yet too scared to run
And if I stop for a minute
I think about things I really don't wanna know
And I'm the first to admit it
Without you I'm a liner stranded in an ice floe
I feel like I'm a thief who has no faith
Maybe more than by the grade
Of the drugs you took that day
Sinking in the pain he's been inflicting
Yet he's feeling like the victim
Just a horoscope's to blame
Sometimes I feel like a little lost child
Sometimes I feel like the chosen one
Sometimes I wanna shout out 'til everything goes quiet
Sometimes I wonder why I was ever born
And if I stop for a minute
I think about things really I don't wanna know
And I'm the first to admit it
Without you I'm a liner stranded in an ice floe
(rap)
One... yeah...
And baby you are just beautiful from crown to your cuticles
You held down my two sons, you never frown when duty calls
You know me, I gave you more than you can handle
But you still keep a handle on it, even when I take something beautiful and vandal on it
No more females? Well how come my emails got notes on a scandal
It's like Eve with the apple,
A priest in the chapel
Overcome by the devil's tackle
I'm still shackling the bad til I know
I'm such a hassle every time I let my thoughts go
I get baffled so I hardly pause
I just crossed seas with these gnarly broads
Cos it hurts me just to see what I finally lost
So I guess I'm just a fiend
Consumed by the scene
The stage and the screens
Where it's just me and Keane
And if I stop for a minute
I think about things I really don't wanna know
So I guess I'm just a fiend
Consumed by the scene
And I'm the first to admit it
Without you I'm a liner stranded in an ice floe
The stage and the screens
Where it's just me and Keane

BLACK BURNING HEART (version français)
American Eagle Outfitters, in partnership with Filter Magazine, has this week launched Hear To Help, an exclusive compilation CD to benefit relief and recovery efforts in Haiti. And we're pleased to report that it features an exclusive Keane track - the French version of Black Burning Heart, which the band recorded in the summer of 2008, but which has never previously been released. (It seemed an appropriate choice, as French is one of Haiti's two official laguages.)
The CD, entitled Hear to Help, is from now until March 19 in all 938 stores across the US and Canada, while supplies last. The CD is also available online at http://www.ae.com/ (they ship to 64 countries - although it does look like shipping is quite expensive: $50 to the UK, for example).
As we wanted those of you outside the US to be able to hear it, we're offering you the full song above. If you like it, then please try to give what you can (however small) to Oxfam's America's Haiti effort by clicking here and donating. Thank you very much.
For those of you buying the CD, one hundred percent of the $10 retail price will go directly to Oxfam America, an international relief and development organization that creates lasting solutions to poverty, hunger, and injustice. In Haiti, Oxfam’s efforts include providing water, latrines, plastic sheeting, cash, and relief materials to those who have gathered in temporary camps both within the city and in hard-hit outlying areas.
The exclusive compilation includes the following 18 tracks:
* Beck: “Volcano” (acoustic version)
* Snow Patrol: “You Will. You? Will. You? Will. You? Will.” (Bright Eyes cover)
* Keane: “Black Burning Heart” (version français)
* Air: “So Light Is Her Footfall” (Breakbot Remix)
* Charlotte Gainsbourg: “Dandelion”
* Julian Casablancas: “Long Island Blues”
* Black Rebel Motorcycle Club: “Am I Only” (ReMix)
* The Breeders: “We're Gonna Rise”
* Vampire Weekend: “Cousinz” (Toy Selectah Mex-More Remix)
* Noah And The Whale: “Love of An Orchestra” (Chew Fu Fix)
* Camera Obscura: “The World is Full of Strangers”
* Minus The Bear: “Broken China”
* Of Montreal: “Take Me Out” (Live Cover Of Franz Ferdinand)
* Busdriver: “Running Water”
* Surfer Blood: “Take It Easy” (Drop the Lime Remix)
* Grizzly Bear: “Boy From School”(Hot Chip cover)
* AM: "Endings Are Beginnings” (Piano Mix)
Reviens.

SOVEREIGN LIGHT CAFE + LYRICS
If you wanna download the mp3 of the vid below just click here!
I'm going back to the time when we owned this town
Down Powder Mill Lane, in the battlegrounds
We were friends and lovers and clueless clowns
I didn't know I'd be finding out now I was torn from you
When we thought about things we were gonna do
We were wide eyed dreamers and wiser too
Go down to the rides on East Parade,
by the lights of the Palace Arcade
Watch night coming down on the Sovereign Light Café
I'm begging you for some sign, but you've still got nothing to say
Or I'm turning back home and I'm walking away
I'm a better man now than I was that day
Go down to the rides on East Parade,
by the lights of the Palace Arcade
Watch night coming down on the Sovereign Light Café
Go down to the bandstand on the pier
Watch the drunks and the lovers appear
Take time, just the stars at the Sovereign Light Café
I wheel my bike off the train,
Up the North Trade Road,
Look for you on Marley Lane
In every building, every streetlight
Oh why did we ever go so far from home?
You keep on leaving me mile long traces of who you are
You can get a big house and a faster car
You can run away boy, but you won't go far
Let's go down to the rides on East Parade,
by the lights of the Palace Arcade
Watch night going down on the Sovereign Light Café
Stroll down to the bandstand on the pier
Watch the drunks and the lovers appear
Take time, just the stars at the Sovereign Light Café
La la la la la la la laYeah,
I'm going where the people know my name
La la la la la la la laYeah,
I'm going where the people know my name
